Telling Chapman that he agrees to the financial terms Chapman proposes and is "quite content with [his] share of the profit"; explaining that American publishers did not pay him properly and he does not know of anything "to prevent an English copy of [his] whole works entering America"; making arrangements to sign a contract with Chapman and Hall.
